The Always Faithful Dog Training method is designed to teach you the language of your dog. We call it Leadership Dog Training.
Dogs are pack animals. As part of your pack, you want your dog to follow you. Our leadership-based techniques will enable you to be the pack leader.
Common dog behaviors like leash pulling, jumping, barking, digging, and generally not listening are signs that your dog wants to lead you. Our private in-home lessons will immediately correct these behaviors and give you the tools to maintain your leadership.

About Chris
Owner and Packleader | Trainer
I’ve always had a love for all animals. As a kid I hatched baby chicks and ended up raising four hens and two roosters. I had a lot of rabbits, a guinea pig, mice, hamsters, cats named Starsky & Hutch, an albino rat, and even a pet clam!
My side interests have given me many opportunities to devote fundraising efforts to supporting animal shelters, canine adoption, and fostering. I rescued a lovable lab mix that I had for 14 years. I fostered a sweet pit mix who won my heart and now has a loving home – mine! She now has a foster “sister” who will likely find a permanent home with us as well.
I’m a professional premium member of The Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Aside from my work on behalf of animals, I’ve had over 20 years of career work serving the marketing and branding efforts of corporate and not-for-profit clients. I believe that fulfilling customer expectations and providing quality customer service is truly the cornerstone to conducting good business and keeping clients happy – both 2 legged and 4 legged!
About Diane
Owner and Packleader | Trainer
With all the amazing things about dogs and so many ways they contribute to peoples’ lives –from service and therapy dogs, rescue dogs, or police and military dogs, to just good ol’ fashioned companionship, couch potato, or hiking partner – working with dogs was a natural fit for me.
In addition to my focus on leadership-based dog training techniques, I’m a professional premium member of The Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Beyond my work as a trainer, I also foster rescue dogs, and volunteer with Chicago’s Canine Therapy Corps. That affiliation has given me the privilege of facilitating numerous instances of the human-animal bond – from the healing encounters between dogs and cancer patients, to the nonjudgmental canine encounters with young burn survivors at Camp “I Am Me”.
Wherever life leads, I believe there will always be a dog at my side. They just make life better!
