Dogs in Human Environments

When dogs are born in the wild, they are born in a natural environment. Their mother and older pack members instinctively guide them to learn all the skills for survival. The dogs learn quickly to use those instincts to thrive and survive.

Dogs living with humans are living in an artificial environment. The artificial environment can create artificial problems. We see a range of behaviors including leash pulling, jumping, excessive barking, nipping, anxiety and aggression.

The solution to ALL of these problems is found by using our leadership-based training. Check out the videos below to learn more.

At Always Faithful Dog Training, we teach you to lead your dog using the instinctive methods of a pack leader. Our founder, Abraham Mashal, explains what we call Leadership Training.

Our Founder Abraham Mashal explains how the human created artificial environment takes a dog away from their instinctual natural environment.

Specialty Training: Therapy Dog Certification

I have been an animal lover my whole life.  Within the past 5 years, my family has wanted to have a adopt a couple of dogs so now we have two girl rescues (Stella and Khloe) along with two cats.  What I’ve come to realize is that dogs really are man’s best friends, and they now want to go everywhere we go…… for a walk, car ride, in the backyard, etc.

After recent events with my oldest dog and her interactions with other dogs as well as people, I realized that both dogs and their owners (including me) could use some assistance with how to act, behave, respect others, and more fully enjoy each other and have more fulfilling lives.  In some cases, this can be challenging since there is so much to consider…..what type of environment they came from, their breed, their experiences with their owner as well as others and a variety of other factors that can affect behavior.

With that in mind and looking for a fulfilling career to help others and animals, it became obvious to me that my dog training is something that I’d love to understand and do on a regular basis.  Knowing that I can help individual dogs and their owners have an even happier, more positive life together is exciting to me each day.
