After a 30 year career working on fish, wildlife, and renewable energy issues with the federal government and the private sector, Dr. Paul Phifer is excited to follow his passion for dogs. Paul and his son and co-owner, Addison, joined the pack in 2026 and look forward to helping dog owners across the entire state of Massachusetts, from the Cape to the Berkshires.
