Ashley has successfully launched and managed franchise locations across multiple states, spearheading initiatives that increased revenue, enhanced customer experience, and strengthened brand positioning.

She previously served as Director of Strategy, Growth, and Operations for a multi-unit Big Blue Swim School franchisee, where she optimized operations, increased revenue, and built strategic partnerships. Prior to that, she was a Senior Franchise Business Consultant for Big Blue Swim School, overseeing the launch of 12 franchise locations across five states and implementing operational frameworks that improved compliance and profitability.

Ashley also spent a decade with Jimmy John’s, holding roles as Franchise Business Consultant and Lead Franchise Business Consultant Trainer, where she supported franchise units and played a critical role in improving sales, enhancing operational efficiency, and training new franchise consultants.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and playing tennis.
